A man walks into a fancy restaurant and sits down. The waiter hands him a menu and says, “Welcome, sir! Our special today is lobster with garlic butter.”
The man smiles. “Sounds amazing! But first, what’s your soup of the day?”
The waiter replies, “Creamy tomato basil.”
“Great! I’ll take a bowl.”
A few minutes later, the waiter returns with the soup, and the man takes a sip. He immediately calls the waiter back.
“Excuse me,” he says, “this soup is delicious, but can you taste something for me? I think it’s missing something.”
The waiter, slightly puzzled, takes a small spoonful, tastes it, and nods. “It’s perfect, sir. What do you think is missing?”
The man leans in and whispers, “A spoon.”
