Guido, a charming Italian gentleman, was enjoying an evening at his favorite café in Rome when he struck up a delightful conversation with a beautiful young woman. They clicked instantly, and after some time, Guido invited her to his home to continue their lively chat.
As they spent more time together, Guido did his best to make her feel comfortable and at ease. Afterward, he turned to her with a proud smile and asked, “So, are you happy?”
The woman smiled politely and replied, “Not quite.”
Determined to ensure her happiness, Guido went out of his way to make her feel even more welcome.
After much effort, Guido was sure he had done everything right. He asked again, “Are you happy now?”
She smiled again and said softly, “Not yet.”
Guido, ever the gentleman, put in even more effort to make the evening unforgettable.
Finally, as he relaxed with a contented sigh, he turned to her once more and asked with a hopeful grin, “Surely now you’re happy?”
The woman leaned in with a playful smile and replied, “No… I’m Norwegian.”
